Press Release Summary: Intelligent Building Company opens offices in Dubai

Press Release Body: London, 15th May 2008: CDC, the intelligent buildings experts,
has expanded its international presence with the opening of offices in the United
Arab Emirates (UAE). Headquartered in London, UK, CDC has increased its global
presence to meet the growing demand for easy-to-use, cost-effective technology that
enables intelligent and green buildings. Through its Integra Intelligent Building
Framework solution, CDC can take advantage of this growth and deliver a complete
integrated building management system.

In UAE, CDC will be based in Dubai. Together with locally based associates, Fredrik
Ostling will be responsible for building on the already successful partnerships in
the area, aiming to establish CDC's Integra solution as the default choice for a
comprehensive, state-of-the art intelligent building enabler. CDC is already
working on projects such as Qatar Convention Centre and New Doha Airport in the
region.

"The United Arab Emirates is currently attracting astronomical investments in the
real estate and construction sectors" explained Mike Williams, Managing Director and
Founder of CDC. "By having a local representative in Dubai, who understands the
marketplace, has the relevant contacts as well as an understanding of the key
benefits of Integra will enable us to be successful in these areas."

The Integra Intelligent Building Framework was created by CDC and is the first ever
IP-enabled integrated building management system, helping organisations to realise
the full potential of IP convergence to control, monitor and optimise the built
environment.

Integra provides an out-of-the-box software interface between building management
systems and the IP infrastructure. The Integra interface uses IP as the common
translator between many different inherent building systems, acting as the
aggregator of information in a common format. As a result, Integra facilitates easy
management and monitoring of single or multiple building services, in real-time via
a single, easy to use management console. It provides comprehensive audit trails
and also supports the management of maintenance contractor performance.
